RETURNS & EXCHANGE

As a small company with limited resources and small stock quantities, we kindly ask that you shop responsibly. We have provided clear size-guides for each garment. Please study these carefully before ordering. We are always here to help, so do ask us if you have sizing questions.  We will give you honest advice about the fit of a style and whether or not it will suit.

If you wish to return or exchange your items please return them to us within 21 days of receipt. You can process your return online, via the Daydress returns portal.

You will need your order number which is a 5 digit number preceded by a #, e.g.  #12345.

We ask that you return items as you received them; unused, folded and with original tags intact. You will receive notifications when your return is delivered to us and when your refund or exchange is processed (which should be within 5 working days of receipt).

UK RETURNS

Please note that Daydress doesn't cover return shipping, except for exchanges and shop credit within the UK via our portal. (If you are returning an item that has already been exchanged, a £5 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund). If you return more than 3 items, a further £5 per item will be deducted from your refund. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Returns from outside of the UK need to be shipped at your own cost (but if you are exchanging an item we will cover the outbound shipping of your replacement item). You can use our portal to log your return and select our return courier (recommended) or self-ship option. Please note, we do not refund taxes or duties on returned items, you will need to apply to your local courier to get  these refunded.

If returning self-ship, we would recommend wrapping the order securely and lightly using a tracked service with your local post office (eg. USPS for US returns). You can return the order without the original box which will lower the costs significantly. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting or insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage or loss until we receive them at our warehouse. 

For international returns please mark clearly "BRITISH RETURN GOODS - CLOTHING" as a description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier. If this indication is not clearly stated, custom duty charges may be applied and the amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Use your original ORDER NUMBER as reference on your return shipping label and invoice.

EXCHANGE ORDERS

UK exchanges will be sent out via Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. International exchanges courier will vary by country. Your exchange will be processed as soon as your return is in transit back to us (provided you use our returns portal). You will receive a shipping notification when your exchange is shipped with a tracking number.

FAULTY ITEMS

For faulty items, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to arrange a speedy replacement. Daydress does not take responsibility for items returned in a damaged condition without prior notice.

SALE items are only returnable for exchange or shop credit. 

Earrings are non-returnable for safety/hygiene reasons.
