Exchange and refunds

If you have any issues with your item(s), whether it doesn't fit or you’ve simply changed your mind, we offer a 30 day ‘from date of purchase’ exchange/return policy. Once your order has passed the 30 days mark, this policy does not apply to your order any longer. The item(s) must be in the exact condition as received.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the item(s). Please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in the post. We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as Day Dress will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 working days. This will be minus any postage charges. Please allow any refund, time to show up in your account or on your card.

Returns outside of the 30-day period will not be accepted.
